Aprašymas

Mentally burnt out, a New York businessman embarks on an ocean voyage. He finally begins to unwind-until one night, through a moment's carelessness, he falls overboard. Only at daybreak does he grasp that the ship is ploughing on relentlessly and no one has noticed his absence. Alone in the boundless ocean, he struggles to preserve his composure and his hope. How does the life he was so thoroughly weary of only moments before appear to him now? A brilliant, darkly comic novel about what truly gives life its meaning. - Englischsprachige Ausgabe - Klein, praktisch, günstig: Ideal für unterwegs - Mit einer englischen Biographie des Autors
